Leading data protection conference, PrivSec London welcomed a record number of delegates through the doors of the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in Westminster earlier this month.
The event brought over 2,000 CEOs and data practitioners together for presentations and debate surrounding the key issues affecting data privacy and cybersecurity today.
A content-rich agenda was delivered by expert speakers through five theatres across the two days, including: Privacy and Security; Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC); Financial Services; Public Sector; Emerging Technology, and Healthcare.
Brexit took centre stage on day two of the data protection conference, with a packed-out theatre dedicated to the UK’s withdrawal from the EU. Focus topics included: Brexit & PECR19; Appointing an EU representative, and International Data Transfers.
Responding to the demand for more discussion around this momentous political shift, and its impact on privacy and security, Brexit Briefing by PrivSec is now set to take place at a central London location on 18th March 2020.
